Willamette Dental Group serves a dental insurance base of over 500,000 members to deliver oral care services across Oregon, Washington and Idaho at 50 practice locations from over 1,600 employees. In this role I led a marketing team of writers, producers, designers and admin staff to -

  • Manage a consistent brand strategy for patient communications and patient experience across multiple communication channels including the public website, patient / member literature, online location listings, digital appointment messaging, office digital signage, and at office locations in Oregon, Washington and Idaho.

  • Direct new online branding for patients and potential employees on a new corporate website that focused on a genuine, personal experience that built trust in an unconventional product.

  • Lead digital marketing campaigns for insurance product awareness, public event awareness and recruiting for measurable engagement not otherwise available through traditional marketing.

  • Launch 40,000+ provider and office patient experience survey (Press Ganey) star ratings and comments online to the public, as well as tools (Yext, Binary Fountain, Google My Business) to manage brand reputation; created an accessible provider directory for all providers.

  • Manage crisis communications through leadership to employees and patients with quickly developed and effective tools to inform and engage in all stages of an event using the public website, SMS communication, MailChimp, SharePoint Online to communicate and inform of critical situations where urgent information was required to communicate.

  • Strategize regular engagement digital and traditional marketing campaigns related to employee culture, annual surveys, benefit tips, open enrollment and events to connect employees.
