Manage a consistent brand strategy for patient communications and patient experience across multiple communication channels including the public website, patient / member literature, online location listings, digital appointment messaging, office digital signage, and at office locations in Oregon, Washington and Idaho.
Direct new online branding for patients and potential employees on a new corporate website that focused on a genuine, personal experience that built trust in an unconventional product.
